Solo-built production AI app on Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and Vercel. 273 API routes, autonomous agent loops, and a layered memory protocol. Three parallel AI lanes that review each other and ship code. 500+ build sessions. Where I run discovery, PRDs, and releases on my own code.

Led product across two parallel workstreams for a major cloud provider. Co-authored the SOW, C-suite roadmap, and a ~$478K program plan. A code-verified workflow analysis found 120 hours a week of recoverable manual work across three roles.

Architected a production workforce onboarding and security-clearance platform for large-scale construction-site operations, plus Method-of-Procedure automation for field ops, an internal PMO platform, and a People Ops command center.

Shipped an agentic ad-generation platform for Meta and Google. Defined the prompt architecture and integrated DALL-E, Stability AI, and ChatGPT into one creative pipeline. Cut media-buyer iteration loops from days to minutes, roughly an 80% reduction.

How I work
Product judgment, built on code
I came up as an engineer, which keeps me honest with my teams. But my real contribution is judgment... knowing where to focus, when to slow down, and how to get product, engineering, and the business pointed the same direction.
I use AI to move faster on the PM work itself: drafting PRDs, architecture reviews, state machines, and status at a pace a solo PM normally can't. This is just how I work now.
