The Problem
Manual top-of-mind doesn't scale across a 6-month transaction.
Mortgage lenders and real-estate agents have to stay relevant to clients across a transaction lifecycle that spans months — sometimes a year. Every event is a touchpoint: invitations, reminders, RSVPs, date changes, location changes, cancellations. Done manually it's a part-time job per agent. Done late, the agent loses the relationship.
The platform needed to be the system that runs that touchpoint cadence on autopilot — without sacrificing the personal feel that makes the relationship worth maintaining.
What I Built
A two-persona product, a custom auth backend, and a template engine you actually can't outgrow.
Designed the brand identity (mission / vision / persona-targeted hero graphics for lenders and agents). Stood up the marketing site on WordPress, with custom mod_rewrite rules proxying to a separate application subdomain so the marketing front and the product backend could iterate independently.
Authored 240+ dynamic notification templates as paired HTML + JS bundles. Templates cover the full lifecycle — event invites, RSVPs, reminders, removals, description changes, date/time/location updates, task notifications, the lot. A versioning convention let multiple production templates coexist while we tuned conversion.
Built persona-targeted marketing pages for both sides of the marketplace, with distinct visual cues that signal which side of the deal you're standing on.
The Outcome
A production AI/automation product Lvl Up's audit method was forged in.
Live product. One of the largest template systems in any of my archives, running a real industry workflow. The methodology that ships in every Lvl Up engagement (audit → spec → build → tune in production) is the same one I ran on this platform — which is exactly why the AI Operations Audit exists as the entry point for new clients.
