The Call
We talk through your operation for 30 minutes. Ken listens, asks questions, and starts mapping where the opportunities are.
Recommendation
Within 24 hours of the call, Ken sends a short follow-up with his honest assessment — whether the audit makes sense and why.
Decision
If it's a fit, you get a proposal for the audit. If it's not, you get a clear explanation and possibly a referral to someone who can help.
