The Brief
Lock the responsible launch foundation before any public copy ships.
Biographer is an AI product that touches deeply personal subject matter — memory, family, life story. The kind of product where what it claims to do has to be airtight before it hits a Kickstarter audience. I was engaged to develop the Kickstarter strategy and launch plan, and to run Phase 1 — the messaging, ethics, and claims work that has to be locked before any launch material ships.
What I'm Shipping
Strategy, agreement, kickoff, and the messaging-ethics-claims foundation.
Pre-engagement: authored the Kickstarter Strategy & Launch proposal. Authored the corresponding Service Agreement. Reviewed all supplied product material — product explainers, key product functions, alpha update, persona research, seed pitch deck, book setup instructions — to build the working understanding needed for the messaging work.
Phase 1 (active): ran the Phase 1 Kickoff. Authored the Key Constraints & Opportunities document (what the launch can and can't say, what the audience is and isn't ready for, what the product can and can't deliver at launch). Authored the Messaging, Ethics, and Claims document — the locked language for an AI product that touches deeply personal subject matter. Conducted working sessions with Voice of Reason.ai leadership. Foundation in place for Phase 2 launch execution.
Why It Matters For You
If your AI touches sensitive subject matter, the responsible-launch work is the entire game.
Most launch consultants will help you ship copy. Very few will tell you that what your copy implies is something your model can't responsibly back up. The Lvl Up AI Operations Audit treats messaging-ethics-claims for AI products in personal, medical, or family domains as a first-class deliverable — because shipping the wrong claim isn't just a marketing problem, it's a brand and legal one.
